Service Description

These ladies only Personal Training sessions are perfect for you if you want the benefits of a personal trainer but without the hefty price tag. Train with up to 4 other individuals and together you will complete a progressive workout program delivered in 6 week blocks. All sessions are designed with the beginner in mind and adaptations and modifications are provided to ensure everyone gets a workout without feeling like they are about to pass out. The goal in these sessions is to ease you into strength training and encourage you do do a little bit better each week. Sessions are 1 hour and there will be a maximum of 5 participants per session. All equipment is provided. and sessions include - Warm up and Mobility - CV training - Strength training - Cool down. Click "Explore Plans" to view and book the full Hybrid Coaching package which includes: - Access to my online coaching app - Weekly coaching modules - Weekly check ins - Log your workouts and your progress - Access the FULL training schedule to complete in your spare time - Ongoing nutritional guidance - Ongoing support and advice - Access a library of 8 home workouts IMPORTANT INFORMATION Spaces are limited to only 5 participants per session. Book your spot to avoid missing out. Pay as you go PT sessions do not include the Hybrid Coaching plan benefits and are for the in person session only.

Cancellation Policy

PAY AS YOU GO BOOKINGS: May be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for refund or transfer. You can manage your booking via the website or booking app. Please contact me if you need to amend or change your booking. HYBRID COACHING PACKAGES: Payment is taken upfront for the full hybrid coaching package and includes the number of sessions stated on your plan (either 6 or 12). Once you have purchased your package you must book your individual sessions using your package (plan) as payment. All sessions must be booked within the training block you are booking and cannot be carried over into a different training block. 6 sessions = 1 session per week. 12 sessions = 2 sessions per week. Unused sessions booked within the hybrid coaching package will not be eligible for cancellations or refunds, however you may reschedule your session within the current block should there be availability to do so.
