If you've ever dreamed of trying a 5k, the Wellness Club Couch to 5k run group has been dedicated to enhancing their running times and cutting down on walking breaks. The Ponte Park Park run offers an ideal chance to put these abilities to the test.
Whether you choose to walk, run, or something in between, the goal is to complete the course.
Feel free to join by yourself or invite a friend along.
