Service Description

Suitable for all abilities, in this 45-minute class we use mini loop resistance bands ito work the full body. This session is designed to strengthen and stabilise the muscles and joints. This is a low impact, mat based class similar to pilates but you will definitely leave feeling the benefits of this session.

Cancellation Policy

CLASS PASSES: Class passes are one-off payments and will not auto-renew. Once your sessions have been used you will need to purchase a new plan. HOW TO BOOK: All classes must be booked via the website or app using your class pass as payment. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING AND REFUNDS You may cancel or reschedule your session with more than 4 hours' notice. Changes to your booking within this time will not be refunded and cannot be rescheduled. You can make changes to your booking this by accessing your online account on the app or mobile site. If I have to cancel a class due to low numbers or unforeseen circumstances, you will be eligible for a class credit back to your account. CLASS PASS FLEXIBILITY: 6 Class pass - You have 7 weeks to use this pass 4 Class pass - Must be used on four consecutive weeks WAIVER: All class members must complete a PAR-Q form before participating in a class for the first time which you should receive via email. Please return this to me via email before the class begins. FREE CLASS CODE: Each participant is eligible for a free class offered on the first session. This must be booked via the website with the code "FreeClass" used upon booking. If you can no longer attend this session once booked, please ensure to cancel in advance so that the space becomes available to other participants.
