Service Description

Suitable for all abilities, in this 45-minute class we use mini loop resistance bands ito work the full body. This session is designed to strengthen and stabilise the muscles and joints. This is a low impact, mat based class similar to pilates but you will definitely leave feeling the benefits of this session.

CANCELLATIONS: If you are unable to attend your class, please amend or cancel this in the app or in your account on the website. REFUNDS AND RESCHEDULING: Any cancellations less than 4 hours before the class start time will not be available for refund or reschedule. WAIVER: All class members will need to complete a PAR-Q form prior to any first class which you should receive via email. FREE CLASS CODE: Is eligible once per person, please let me know if you are unable to attend a session once you have booked a free session.
