Service Description

Suitable for those new or returning to exercise, in this class you will complete a circuit of exercises designed to increase your heart rate and improve your strength and stability. We will use equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, fitbox, skipping ropes, resistance bands and more with a variety of exercises each week. This class is designed with the beginner in mind however options and modifications are provided to make these workouts more challenging making this a great class for beginners and intermediates alike.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS: If you are unable to attend your class, please amend or cancel this in the app or in your account on the website. REFUNDS AND RESCHEDULING: Any cancellations less than 4 hours before the class start time will not be available for refund or reschedule. WAIVER: All class members will need to complete a PAR-Q form prior to any first class which you should receive via email. FREE CLASS CODE: Is eligible once per person, please let me know if you are unable to attend a session once you have booked a free session.
