Service Description

In this session, we run and walk in varying intervals to help you gradually improve your cardiovascular fitness and running ability. No one gets left behind. Our weekly in-person sessions provide a time, a place, and running partners to motivate you. Please Note: Our weekly run group was created to bring together a community of runners without the barrier of high costs. Ideally, I'd love to offer these sessions completely free, but there are a few basic expenses involved, such as website hosting, booking fees, and advertising to help grow the group. To cover these, a small contribution of £3 per session will go directly towards keeping the group sustainable and accessible. This allows us to keep costs minimal while continuing to offer a consistent space for everyone to run, connect, and improve their skills. Thank you for your support and understanding!

Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully before participating. As a qualified personal trainer, I lead this weekly run group to guide participants on improving their running skills, including pace, interval training, and breathing techniques. However, please note the following important information regarding participation in these sessions: Certifications and Scope of Guidance: While I am a certified personal trainer with experience in fitness instruction, I do not hold a specific "Run Leader" certification. My guidance is based on my qualifications and knowledge in general fitness and running techniques, not on specialized certifications for run leadership. Personal Responsibility: Each participant is responsible for assessing their own fitness level and suitability to join this running group. Please consult a healthcare provider if you have any medical concerns or conditions that may impact your participation in a running program. Assumption of Risk: Running and physical exercise involve inherent risks, such as muscle strain, fatigue, falls, and other injuries. By joining this group, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to participate at your own risk. Liability Waiver: I will not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during or as a result of participation in this group. Each participant is fully responsible for their own health and safety. Emergency Preparedness: In case of an emergency, participants should be prepared to contact local emergency services if needed. I recommend that all participants bring a mobile phone and take necessary precautions to ensure their own safety.
